By accessing or using the website located at klamathfallsinsulation.com, or by engaging Klamath Falls Insulation for insulation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services.
Klamath Falls Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Klamath Falls, OR and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, blown-in insulation, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related insulation work.
Our website provides information about these services and allows prospective customers to submit estimate requests. The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service availability.
Free on-site estimates are provided as a courtesy. An estimate represents our best assessment of the scope and cost of work based on a visual inspection of the property at the time of the visit. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing. After 30 days, material and labor costs may have changed, and a new estimate may be required.
Conditions discovered during actual work that were not visible or accessible during the estimate - such as hidden moisture damage, existing insulation in poor condition, or structural issues - may result in changes to the final price. We will notify you before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original estimate.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover travel and preparation costs already incurred.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed timeframe, but scheduling is subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any changes to your schedule promptly.
You agree to:
Payment terms are outlined in the written proposal provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling to secure your spot and cover material costs. The deposit amount will be specified in your written proposal.
Balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.
We stand behind our work. If a defect in our installation is reported within one year of project completion, we will return to inspect and correct the issue at no charge, provided the defect is attributable to our workmanship and not to conditions beyond our control (such as water intrusion, structural movement, or third-party alterations).
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to each manufacturer's terms. We will provide you with documentation of the materials used so you can register any applicable manufacturer warranty directly.
Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the site for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee specific energy savings or outcomes from insulation work, as results depend on many factors including the age and condition of the home, occupant behavior, utility rates, and weather. Any figures mentioned on our site are general estimates from publicly available sources and are not promises of individual results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klamath Falls Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

If you have a concern about our work or services, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues directly and in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved with a phone call or a follow-up visit.
In the event a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the dispute to mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the claim qualifies for small claims court.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Klamath County, Oregon.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
